Launched in July 2013 the Greek golden visa programme grants a five year residency visa in return for an investment in real estate. There is no minimum stay requirement and children up to the age of 21 are included in the family application. The visa is granted for five years and renewed every five years if the property investment is retained. It is not necessary to live in the country in order to retain and renew the investor visa.

We currently hold a Industrial Cannabis Cultivation Licence in the Messinia region in Greece, 8500m2 increasing to 20000m2 in 2023, cultivating top quality CBD flower, on our living farm we have Cow's, Sheep, Goat's and Chicken's, using the manure from or animals to grow our crops, providing Job's and prosperity to the region, also helping with climate control, as the cannabis plant has been found to absorb more CO2 per hectare than any forest or commercial crop.
